What age range is the soft play equipment suitable for?
All of our soft play equipment is suitable for use from 6 months - 7 years. With all our equipment it is advised that an adult provides supervision at all times and that babies should not be left alone.

How long is the hire period?
All of our stay at home packages are for a minimum of 6 hour period. The time of delivery is depends on your location/distance and the number of other deliveries on that particular day. We aim to deliver between 8 - 10.30am but will confirm the estimated time of delivery via email or message prior to the delivery date, so you know when to expect us.
Can I hire the soft play for a longer period?
Yes, subject to availability, we can arrange a longer hire period. It is possible to arrange deliver the night before the hire or have a 2 or 3 day hire period for an additional charge. For a 2/3 day hire, please get in touch and we can confirm availability and associated costs.
Do I get everything shown in the package photo?
Yes, everything shown within the photo package is included. This includes the soft play safety mats (jigsaw mats are used for our stay at home packages, colours may vary). Scuttle bugs, hoppers and wiggle cars may vary in colour and design from those shown in the photo and will depend on availability. If you have a specific request, please let us know.
What other services do you offer along with soft play?
We have teamed up with Courthouse Occasions in Long Stratton and were now able to offer birthday and celebrations balloons as an add on to any package, which can be delivered along with your soft play.
?For the complete party packages we can also supply homemade birthday and celebration cakes and cupcakes. Cakes are provided by our Sister Company 'Emma's Crafty Cakes' which is registered and insured. We can provide a variety of themes and if booking as part of a soft play package, we are able to offer a discounted rate.
Can I pay cash upon delivery?
No, sorry , we require a £10 deposit to secure your date and your chosen package and the remainder must be paid 24 hours prior to delivery. We feel this is the best and safest way to operate at this time.
Can I use the soft play outside?
The majority of our soft play packages are for indoor use only and must not be used outside. The exception to this is Outdoor partytime package and our pink and blue outdoor package which we do allow to be used outside. If you are unsure which package you have booked please get in touch. If you specifically require an outdoor packge, you must let us know as different mats and equipment are provided with outdoor bookings.
Do I need to use the safety mats provided?
Yes, the mats are provided to help minimise the risk of injury but also to prevent damage to the equipment, so please do use the mats provided.
Is it necessary for me to clean the equipment at the end of the hire?
No, its not necessary for you to clean the equipment at the end of your hire. We specifically ask that you do not attempt to clean the equipment, this is because some chemicals can cause damage to the soft play equipment. If you wish to wipe over the equipment, we recommend a damp cloth or using a baby wipe.
All equipment is fully sanitised prior to delivery. Upon collection, all equipment is cleaned with antiviral cleaner prior to the next hire.
What precautions do you take to maintain social distancing?
At the moment we are operating a doorstep delivery and collection service only, to maintain social distancing. All paperwork and payments are completed electronically prior to delivery wherever possible. Gloves and masks are worn at all times upon delivery and collection of equipment and we maintain a safe distance at all times.
If I have Covid symptoms, can the hire still go-ahead?
No, we are very strict on this aspect for obvious reasons. If anyone within your household/bubble has any Covid symptoms within the 14days leading up to the hire period, you must inform us asap. We cannot allow the booking to go-ahead. The safety of our customers and their children are of paramount importance to us. If you need to cancel due to Covid, we are happy to re-arrange and transfer your booking to an alternative date, free of charge.
