Booking Information
How to book
Bookings can be made via our 'book online' section, selecting the package and delivery date. By selecting the date you require, you are able to access the 'live' availability of the soft play packages to select the package you require. You are also able to type your postcode in prior to going through to booking process, to confirm the delivery fee (if applicable) to your postcode.
To secure your preferred date and selected package, we require a minimum of £10 deposit which can be paid online. The remainder of the fee must be made 24 hours prior to the hire date.
The terms and conditions are available for you to read and sign electronically through the online booking process, but we will also send you a copy for your records with you booking confirmation, upon completing the booking.

We are also able to take bookings via our Facebook page, email or over the phone, although this process will take slightly longer than via our website.
At Home packages
Our 'At home' packages are for use in your own home/garden.
These packages are being provided on a doorstep drop off and collection basis for the rest of 2021 with self set up and have been priced accordingly.
If you wish to book for use in a village hall/community centre, please select one of our party packages. If you require a smaller package, please get in touch to discuss your requirements
Indoor / Outdoor use
The majority of our packages are for indoor use only. Please refer to the description in the specific package you are interested in to check. If you are unsure, please contact us for clarification.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel your booking you can do so free of charge within 10 days prior to your delivery date. If you need to cancel after this date, please do so asap.
If you have booked one of our outdoor packages and the weather is wet or looks wet the day before, we will provide the same package for indoor use. If we contact you to inform you your booking cannot be used outside, we can also provide a smaller package for indoor use, or agree a date change free of charge. If these options are not satisfactory we will arrange a full refund.
If for any reason, we need to cancel for health and safety reasons, we will contact you as soon as possible and where possible will accommodate an alternative date, or, if necessary arrange a full refund.
